What To Expect On Your First Visit

We know that while chiropractic is now the leading form of alternative health care in America, it is a new experience for many people and we want all of our patients to be as comfortable as possible.

After meeting our friendly staff, you will be asked to fill out a brief medical history to better help the doctor understand your current health status.

Next, Dr. Matt will sit with you for a consultation and discuss exactly how chiropractic can help you.

A thorough neurological and biomechanical exam will tell Dr. Matt which spinal segments are locked contributing to your symptoms. Depending on the results of these exams, Dr. Matt will determine if pictures of your spine (x-rays) are needed. If x-rays are needed Dr. Matt will briefly review the pictures with you before starting treatment.

In most cases, you will begin treatment on the first visit. Throughout the visit Dr. Matt will explain exactly what is happening in an understandable manner. Should you have questions along the way, feel free to ask at any time.

By the end of the first visit Dr. Matt will discuss a treatment plan tailored specifically to your body, your schedule, and your budget.
